Impressive numbers.Do you have much drag racing experience??A local guy in my town just went 10.96@122 with a EVO 9 stock evo 9 turbo and stock cams on e85. I cant remember how much weight he pulled out. i wanna say 200-300pounds? He made 380 on the mustang dyno. I believe pittsburgh is at 1200-1500ft above sea level too.

Yeah he still has a MR with the 6speed.

Im not gonna answer for the OP. I know where your going thinking more power will be faster and I agree, but that is not always the case.

I wouldn't even own one of these in pittsburgh. The streets are terrible. I don't know how you keep it clean.

Ya well when you get up in power no car isnt as easy to drive as most people think. If it was a first time pass or close to it deffinitely good numbers.

Decemeber - March you are correct. Just gotta keep a fresh coat of wax and wash the car as often as you can

That's pretty impressive #'s...kudos to him
but this isn't a fair apples to apples comparison tho, do remember this is a full weight MR (spare tire, jack, etc.) so I'm assuming somewhere in the 3500lb region with driver, stock MR 6spd, and also we don't have the benefits here of running on properly prepped/treated tracks...unfortunate, but it is what it is.
I know there's alot more left in it, stay tuned.

Again it's hard to compare the 2 when they are on different boxes...you do know that the gearing in the 5spd allows for more mph per gear than the 6spd...that's one of the main reasons people do that swap (along with the added strength)

Well the next official meet isn't until a couple months away, but a couple of my friends and I are trying to arrange a test and tune day in a couple weeks...so hopefully that works out.
Yea I think I'll run back that wheel combo, it's a very good setup and I haven't even maximized it's potential. I'll probably try a different fuel combo and hit back the dyno before though and get a little more power out of it..., because at only 30psi the Red is just getting in its sweet spot.

Thats a good bit of time to wait.

Im sure you can hit better 0-60fts, but it will all depend on the track too.

Fuel combo? Why no just run 100% race fuel? That surely will give you the most power out of the setup... I picture more than 30psi in the near future on your setup

Yeah it is long, that's why I'm hoping the TnT session works out.
I know I've got a high 1.4 to low 1.5 60ft in there, just need some seat time...but yea the track conditions don't make it any easier.
Well the main reason I used to do a race gas mix is because where we normally street race is a little distance away, and this thing ain't cheap...but you're right, next round I will definitely be doing a full race gas tune 30+psi

Thats what I would expect. 1.5 at least the next track visit

My first notion was you didnt have easy access to it and we all know it expensive Ill be on the look out for that 30psi+ race tune!!!
