What track is that in Mo?

You're going to fly! hta86 + 2.3 = madness

the tracks heartland park in topeka ks. They held a free test-n-tune so I decided to make the trip on the whim. This is the second closest track at 170 miles next to gateway at 150 miles.

and I'm shifting 2-3 at 7200 or so. and 3-4 at 7300 or so. Not sure where I should be shifting at.

I would think with that 3582, I would shift at 8k. Do you have any springs/retainers? Cams?

I was just looking at Gateways site. They are finally open again! Its about a 2hr drive for me to gateway. I am gonna head down there for one of their midnight madnesses this summer! You should come! They have re-paved the track and all. Should be real nice!

Holy CRAP does shifting higher make a difference!!!
A video from a few weeks ago shifting in the early 7's and how I shifted last night.

http://youtu.be/-GVdgycrgFQ

And just now shifting higher.... Caught the 1-2 1000x better too, it's kinda hard to judge when spinning.

http://youtu.be/9ezyIkgoiGE
I can actually keep the car in boost when shifting. Thanks a lot guys!

And I have some springs and retainers but I figures it will be okay since the Brian Crower cams lift is higher than stock. The car really use to only see over 7500 rpm while doing pulls to 8k and in 4th gear at the track.

Nice Corey haha.. it sounds good and definitely moves.

If you want to get an idea what you can mph with vd numbers use this calculator: http://vexer.com/automotive-tools/1-...MPH-calculator

i found it to be almost dead on with my car, bad evo's, and 3 other cars.. so its legit.

only change the top HP flywheel until the hp @ drivewheels moves to your WHP and it will be very close.

did you turn on no lift to shift yet? do it.. youll get an extra mph probably. so it could go 133 even though the calculator says 132.

i could easily make your car get 620~ whp btw.. its on low boost.. that turbos capable of way more power. not sure how far you want to push the engine though.

btw tsi's car is 570 on 93.. or was.. i dialed it back alittle.. with 500tq haha. on e85 his car is going to be silly.

Thanks again guys.
