Yeah, total junk, got 'em from Ebay.

Oh, and I decided I am going to tune this turbo on Speed Density! Spoolin Up Harness + AIT sensor + AIT bung ordered last night. If they come in by Saturday, it's Speed Density time. Might have to install of it next week though. Ugh!

better throttle response, may help spool, and will gain 5-10 WHP throughout the ENTIRE RPM band when combined with a 4" intake. When you talk about area under the curve and the response it is definitely worth it.

Sorry guys, didn't have time to install it this weekend. On the bright side, it will be going in next Saturday!

Also, my tuner is creating a Speed Density ROM for me today, so it'll be ready to go as soon as the turbo is bolted on. I will probably tweak the Speed Density using stock turbo and then just bolt on the new turbo and then just fine tune it with the new one.

I'm really excited to get this bad-boy on.

Hi, I just bought a MAP O2 Dump DP how seems to have a dent near the 02 sensor is that normal, just checking, did a test check on the car and seems to have plenty of clearance just really do not why MAP designed that way?

I don't think its supposed to be that way, the pipe must have been bent in shipping or the pipe they use to fab stuff was already bent from the get go. I cant imagine map would send one out looking like that though.

I guess its normal, I got the reply below....

----------------------------
Hi,
The downpipe is dented like that for ease of install without denting that there would be almost no way to install the downpipe so this is why that is there. The bolts and spacers you have received are correct, the bolts with spacers are for the rack under the car to space it out from the downpipe so it's not hitting and the bolts with nuts are for bolting the exhaust to the test pipe. We do not supply the bolts for the O2 housing you should be able to use your stock bolts for this!

-Thanks,

My Map 02 eliminator recirculating downpipe was never dented like that. I am shocked. Honestly that's a **** poor way to gain clearance for a bolt.
