IX gt3076r maxed out?
i have a gtx3076 with ts/t3 1.06 ar housing (by atp) at the time it was stock bottom with only cams (gsc s2)and fuel. tuned on dyno jet

2l R2 CAM still on the single scroll .63 recirc ams setup. I recently did 547 on the ER dyno. Spiking 33psi and barely holding 30psi by redline.
I think with full port headwork/t4 ts 1.06 ex dump and a magnus or curtbrown port intake I could peg 600 on their dyno. Maybe even 620 if i go with a billet comp wheel. Wishful thinking?
Wont know until next summer tho :P
Noob you might want to check out my thread on stroker longevity... swayed me away from doing a stroker and further refining my setup... of course the parts above will probally cost me as much as a stroker lol.

433 was mustang whp spec'd to dave buschur's mustang, 547 was dynojet. R2 cams was the only real diff. I would say I'm at 470-475 if I was doing this on my local mustang.

how is ur dd off boost on those cams? i was thinking about them, my tuner keeps saying go with the s3 "because u know ur gonna want more power later". 547 on dyno jet is like 490-500 on mustang (could be wrong). that sounds like alot of fun. has ur gas milage changed on the new cams?
Great on the highway but having some drivability issues around town as I live in a hilly area vs ER which is a relatively flat area. They are all away at the shootout so hope to get this resolved asap when they come back.
Iam atcually thinking or downgradeing to a HTA3076 or a ERF7076 to get better spool as iam more into road raceing now where when i built the hta 3586 setup i was all over the 1/4. Its funny how your wanting to upgrade past the 3076s normal powerband and add more top end. where is I want to keep the power iam makeing now and just increase my spool. Which kinda makes us in the same boat as far as turbo charger selection. Everything i have been told is that the HTA3576 or the GTX3576 are the best street turbos for evo's. They will spool like your GT3076 and they will have the top end of a GT3582. So after asking around with almost every high profile tunning shop i think thats the way iam going to go instead of a 3076 and avoid the problem that you are currently haveing. I hope you go the same way, and you will have one killer evo.
HTA3576r Tial .82 V-Band Houseing W/ Tial 44mm MVR wastegate external dump, Is what iam going to do, with my S3 cames instead of R2s

R2's idle better than S3's I use the car in the snow. Hoping it wont suck too bad when it goes subzero. I was tempted to go the 3576 route but have never seen anyone max out the 3076 setup yet. Closest i've seen is dorifto's setup. So if going to twin scroll t4 with a 1.06 housing wont get me what I want... well hopefully you will have maxed out the 3576 by that time and we can compare.
The Turbo you should upgrade to is the new FP Bolt on Manifold and external wastegate FP Black. That setup will spool awesome and make a ton of power. It is going to be a game changer in the EVO community.
New Fp bolt on manifold, externally gated FP Black? Explains thy self!
