Map 2.3L FP Black DBB S3 E85
Dean's car made decent power for not having to much done to it as far as bolt ons go. When im given a very big bolt on FP Black car I have no problem making close to 700whp everytime.
Dean's car lacks a few important things, such as an o2 dump, a 70mm ported inlet intake mani / tb, and etc.
Mods are as of now are:
MAP 2.3 Wiseco pistons / manley turbo tuff rods
MAP Ported & Polished head
FP Black DBB (Owen Developments / My old turbo)
GSC S3 cams
ETS 3.5" FMIC /w piping
Invidia o2 housing (my old one)
Tial QR BOV
Perrin 3" Exhaust w/ STM inline muffler (plus 3rd Magnaflow muffler mid section)
FIC 1450cc injectors
Buschur double pumper
Grimmspeed 3 port & mbc
TSComp 4" SD Intake
Tephra v7 Speed density /w hybrid boost
I'm posting two overlays. I'll post a final revision once its done. The story behind the boost curve being around 42psi is because he had a leaking oring seal in the tial BOV. after fixing that the boost shot way up.
Temps were 85F at night, so very hot out. Im hoping it cools off, and can share something in more decent air temps from his car with a solid boost curve of 36psi across.
This specific FP Black is an actual Garrett center section also.

Blue line is what I'm currently working on.
