They don't really seem to be because it seems impossible to actually get in touch with robispec- is it even still a legitimate business? No website- no facebook......

I haven't ever seen any solid proof but the rear door bars in a 03 gsr Evo is 7lbs 9.8 oz per door. I removed mine today. I've seen people saying they were 10-15 a door which is indeed false. I will be tackling the front doors tomorrow and give a update.

Just grab it with needle nose pliers and pull it out a little at a time.

Pulling the dash is the only good way to get at everything. Takes a couple hours but you can get all the firewall mat out and completely remove AC parts and make a block off plate.

We sell the OEM block off for the A/C, it's a nice "sticker" from Mitsubishi.

Lighter than a rubber grommet. 100g of weight saved right there!

Robi has carbon doors, carbon trunks, carbon wide fenders, and carbon hoods... all much lighter than the OE units.

I've been in contact with him recently to buy a trunk/hood. LMK if anyone else is interested and I'll put you in contact with him.

^ I just put in an order for a trunk and a hood. I have that feeling of anxiety after spending a large sum of money without the wife's approval.
