Please HELP wire diagram for head unit

Ok so ever since I got my evo I have known that the head unit was hooked up wrong because when you shut the car off, the head unit doesnt turn off. I pull the deck out and its a great big ball of elec tape. Long story short, I have everything lined up but cant figure out which wire is the 12v power all the time and which is the acc(the one that kicks on when i turn the key so the cd player will come on) Please help! Im sitting in my car waiting for replies right now!!

Also the stock harness clip is cut off so the stupid thing is directly wired in hence why i cant figure out the wires. Thanks

According to the manual and you could check this with a meter but the blue-yellow (L-Y in the manual) is the ACC and the red-black (R-B) is your +12V.

Are you touching the ACC to ground with the key on? Um, you might want to check your fuses now. If you're doing it with the key off, that's normal. ACC only has power when the key is on.

Do you have a multimeter?

Please buy a $10 meter from somewhere and don't use the spark-to-ground method!!
