Brake and Battery light on and off

Ok so i read through the forums and the brake and battery light kept flashing but only for one day. So it got to the point that the battery kept dying and a hard start but the light never flashed while driving again. So i replaced the battery and the main fuse thats on the pos terminal. car starts right up and drives fine but the two lights were flashing again. The charging voltage on my turbo timer reads 11-12v ever since i replaced the two. I have the funny feeling the alternator is on its way out but i hope thats not the case. can anyone help. tia

I am currently having the same problem on my Evo 9. Sometimes the ANTI-LOCK light will pop up also. But there are times when it starts fine and the different battery related accessories (windows, stereo, dash, etc.) work normally. Let me know if it ended up being the alternator on yours so I can get it taken care of if needed.

so I checked the alternator, 14.4V. drove around for awhile and the battery, brake and anti-lock lights all came one. stereo started going out when I hit the brakes and eventually all lights, to include head, tail, and marker lights, went out. then all of a sudden all the lights came back on, the battery, brake and anti-lock lights all went out and the car ran fine. even restarted without hesitation when I got home. Confused!!!! will be checking fused and connectors for corrosion and proper grounds! any other suggestions??
