Radio / clock / rear wiper.

Did a search, seems a few of us have had this issue before, but no one seemed to finish the threads with a solution.

Kick panel has been pulled, no corrosion present, I dielectric greased all of the connectors anyway. My body grommet has been siliconed. Fuses and relays are all fine, I replaced the 10A in the yellow "box" just to be certain. No dice.

My next location is pulling the radio, mine is factory. What should I be checking for back there, aside from loose wiring?

Remove coin drawer on lower left side of the dash.youll see fuse block.bottom right is empty spot with no fuse in it. I put fuse in that spot and all came back like nothin happened.

Wow, I had lost all hope in this thread. The car's been parked but I'm getting it back to a ready state for wintertime.

Add a fuse to that location? What size fuse did you toss in?

I'm wondering if the factory radio died and took all of the related items on its wire branch (wiper & radio) with it. Wouldn't mind putting an aftermarket radio in there but I'm stumped on if this will actually fix the issue.

Added the fuse to the "radio" location in the passenger fuse block under the dash.
