Can’t get the fuel pump to turn on :/

Hey guys , I’ve had this problem already for a couple of months after putting the car together. I can get everything to work besides the fuel pump. I bought the cable and evoscan to try and turn the fuel pump on from the program and I can’t even do that. I have ground at the fuel pump plug under the seat but no power going to it. The 2nd fuel relay clicks on when I’m cranking, I checked the fuel pump related fuses 100 times and those aren’t blown. If I put 12v and ground into the connector at the 3rd relay in the engine bay, the pump runs.

anyone have any ideas on where to check next? I checked all the connectors that connect at your feet behind the kick panel and they all have continuity through the connector they connect to

You're in deep, rewire it.

like the hardwire method? but that still taps into the power that goes to the pump right?

also , I noticed the new crank angle sensor just says zero when cranking? It doesn’t show that it’s “on” or off on evo scan and this is the new one. I got rpm readings so that must mean my crank position sensor must be good
