Loss of boost

My mods are Helix catback, downpipe, turbo xs hp mbc, and boost gauge. I installed the downpipe a few weeks back and everything seemed fine until the other day. I was running 21 lbs of boost before that and then all of a sudden my max boost is only 17. I check all the pipings and hoses 3 times and eveything seems fine. What could it be?

Fuel Cut? Any Surging? Stock Bov(maybe leaking?) all hoses and pipes are tight? or did you just check them?

Check the clamp that connects to the bov to the maf pipe.

I went so far as removing all the pipings, hoses, intake box, boost gauge, stock bov, and putting them back together. I also checked the exhaust system for leaks and its fine. How can you tell if the bov is leaking? I have an autometer boost gauge if that helps. You think the gauge could be broken?

i got the same problem. I'm only boosting about 15-18psi after tappering from 20-21 psi. It most deffinitly could be from youre bov leaking boost. I thought my turbo back was leaking but its deffinitly the bov. Do you have an "intake"?

Most possible cause would be your Blow-off valve.
It also could be your wastegate sticking open just a bit.
