A lot of aftermarket clutches are going to chatter... ACT is no different. I'm on my second ACT clutch (got one in my DSM and one in my Evo) and they both have some chatter. I love the clutch though... grabs like hell, stiffer pedal (I like stiffer pedals), nice engagement.

Adjust your clutch pedal out some to fix the getting in gear problem.
