Check all lines.....make sure they go to where they are supposed to go(ie turbo nipple and solenoid)......dial in less gain if you can.....

btw, when I test and tune, I invest in 100 oct gas just in case.....29lbs is way toooo much...good luck!

OK I pulled the lines from the factory boost solenoid. I ran a line from the waste gate acuator to the AVCR Solenoid. Capped the Turbo and ran the opposite side of the solenoid to the nipple under the intake.

I ran the pressure sensor to the same line as where my boost gauge is tapped.

Are you sure your gauge is reading correctly? If you're spiking at 29 or 30psi of boost, you should be causing damage, like blowing your motor, depending on your mods and octane.

Your gauge could be off. at 30PSI I think you'd be having damage, and you haven't mentioned any. That's the only thing I can think of. Hope you figure it out.

Both the AVCR and the Boost Gauge read 30.

AL gave me that info and you verified it. I had it routed wrong. Instead of going to the BLACK NIPPLE I was routed to the Nipple under the intake. I WAS HITTING 30PSI! I adjusted my AVCR, now I hold 20 STEADY! Thanks to all who volunteered thier time.

Is the vacuum line going to your wastegate free of obstruction? No kinks and not being pinched in between other parts?
