Walbro Fuel Pumps...
Is it just me, or is the Walbro loud as hell sometimes??? I was pulling out of my parking space in Fort Myers yesterday, and I could hear the pump whirring away plain as day. It quieted down a few minutes later though...of course, it could've just been road noise covering the sound of the pump. I know they are supposed to be noticeably louder than stock, but damn...
Yup, it is loud. I just heard it this morning driving back home. However, when the tank is full it is not as loud. Best idea have a FAT chick sit on the right side of the back seat and that should do it.

I can hear mine when the radio is off and I'm just sitting in traffic. Ususally when the fan kicks on the change in pitch from the pump is most noticable. But hey, that's what the radio is for, covering up squeaks, rattles, and the pump noise!

Hmm I'm unsure how well this would work. The noise isn't just coming up into the seat area- but it radiates outward and downward as well. I'm sure it would kill some of the noise, but not all.

No sweat man. Just looking out for you. I would hate for you to get on it then POW. Just be cautious of your throttle response. If you feel it going then chances are very good that its on its way out.
