Helix or any 02 exhaust housing?

is the little bung on the 02 exhuast housing for an 02 sensor? or is it thier for an egt probe..... if its the 02 sensor i didnt know we had one up thier lol thanks ahead of time

Yup its for the 02 sensor....we have two 02 sensors....one in the 02 housing (hence the name ) and one on the intermidiate pipe.

thast what i thought lol but i wasnt positive i was reading something about someone putting thier egt probe in thier.... i got nothing

Yeah....if you place the EGT probe post-turbo, your temps maybe a little lower. Many reccomend to place it in the #1 or 2 cyl exhaust runner

right on how difficult of a install is it to drill into the manifold and tap it for the probe?

You have a few avenues to follow....

you can take your manifold off (dropping test pipe loosening turbo and wiggling it out)

you can drill in place ( turn on car and have shop vac with magnet ready to pick up schrapnel)

or buy one from some one online (you can take your time and prep the manifold i.e. clean it up and paint it ....thats what i did )

You can drill it with the motor running. It blows all the shavings out due to the exhaust pressure. Thats the way alot of people used to do it on the DSM's. Tap it the same way.
