Whoops too much boost? 23psi!
I was driving today checking out to make sure I had the MBC set correctly for 20psi till redline but I guess it was really cold and I got up to 23psi!!.... Then the car kind of shook well felt like a fuel cut and the "Service Engine Soon" light came on..... did I do any damage and what happened?

^^^the car probably is fine
BUT, you shouldn't just let the MBC stay at it's current position. Like someone said, this is an MBC's biggest weak point. It does not adjust for outside temp. If you are not letting your ECU control your boost, then you need to be very attentive to what boost levels you are hitting...

Dude, I had my stuff installed at a shop in Utah. Well, they set my MBC for 30psi. I ran it like that for a few months UNKNOWN until I took it to Modern. Luckily I didn't hurt anything. Well to the best of my knowledge.
