Injen turbo-back installed...

Just incase anyone like me is out there looking for posts on the Injen stuff...on Saturday this week a friend (he had already done one on his Evo) and I installed the full Injen turbo-back (including cat-delete) on my car and it rocks. If anyone has any questions, I'll be happy to try and answer them, only thing I can't give you is exact whp gain numbers.

Uh, no, but I'd be more than happy to take some, I'll have them up tomorrow, of course...I won't have pics of it off the car, but it looked cool then too

At low rpms and low amounts of throttle it's either fairly quiet like stock with a bit of a deeper growl, or a hollowy noise sometimes with a bit of backfire due to the lack of tune and the catdelete...and then at WOT it screams, it's not super loud, but it's definitly a whole lot louder than stock, loud enough that if you're in a car being passed or behind you can hear it (my friend was driving with me in his WRX the other day). The pitch is kind of a middle range pitch not honda screachy loud but not deep Mustang/STi noise...I really like the sound of it...it's kind of like the HKS Hi-Power noise but not quite, that's the closest I can think of, and it made the spool up of the turbo a bit louder too which is always fun of course Oh, and at idle it's probably .0001 db louder than stock and that slightly different pitch

Hey man, the pics look great. I currently have a greddy titanium exhaust and I was looking at getting a injen downpipe. I just had a couple questions for you: did the downpipe clear the lower arm brace? Also, I know you have the cat-delete pipe, but could it bolt up to the factory cat? Thanks for your time!

Yeah, it cleared the arm brace just fine, only problem we had was the actual catback touched the heatshield on the bottom of the car so that rattled till we hit it a few times, but no problems with the DP. And as for bolting up to the factory cat, I haven't tried that quite yet, but it looks like it will, but i'm not entirely sure...the factory cat is sitting in my garage for April when I have to go do emissions again.

Um, if I can figure out a way to record a sound clip, I will...what's a site that can host videos...cuz that'd probably be easier to do.

And I got a deal on it because the friend of mine that helped install it also owns a shop that is an injen dealer, so the full thing- tbe, and dp (the catdelete comes with the cat back) was like ~800
