overboosting on Evo VII

First hello and sorry for my english, ißm from Switzerland and i have a Evo 7 ..

My problem is does....

I drive whitout catalisator and boost 1,45 bar..
When i went back from the accelerator or if i change the gear,the Rpm do not go back for a couple of seconds...

I checkt allready the ECU without faults.

After 3 month now the problem grow bigger.. coz it goes 1000 Rpm higher..

Then i changed the Blow off Valve (HKS) and went to 1,25 Bar pressure down, but the problem allready exists...

Please could you help me

Sounds like it might be the throttle linkage. Did you check your cable and spring?? Might need re-adjustments.

Sounds like a sticking throttle cable or something. He will grease it and see how that goes. If that doesnt work, I told him to try swapping the ECU from a friend's car onto his to see what happens. Other than that, faulty fuel pump or wrong fuel pressure. let's see what he says.

I thought some ecus store car information like odometer and other stuff. How easy is it to just swap ECU's?

Undo two plastic things, undo 2 bolts, unplug, plug other one in, bolt on, put plastic things back on (clips). 20 minute job, given the awkward location of the ECU.
