You can remove the t-case without touching the tranny by splitting the tail of the t-case off, this gives you enough room to remove it without ever touching the engine mounts or the subframe. I've tried on several occasions to get in touch with anyone who gives a damn about making sure that the Mitsu techs are putting in the correct oil.

Think about it, all it would take is for someone to get off their **** and send a memo to every dealership that services these cars. It could save them a bunch money...
