when does fuel cut come into play

Holy CRAP!!!!!!!!!! it looks like its in English, but what the hell did this guy say??? I say lower the boost and see what happens!

yeah im lowerin boost cause i dont want to keep tightning up the bov cause it seemed when i had it real tight it caused some compressor surge at part throttle when boost would be building. so i soften up the bov cause of that situation and i dont think its the bov opening up too soon cause i had same problem happen to me with the bov tight as hell
