only a OEM replacement paper filter, no better than the Stock filter. I just wanted to post the information about the oil and sensor problem.

i bought the BLitz drop-in but rather than replace it when it gets dirty i will probably put a paper filter back on. NOt enough power difference really to feel. Maybe a dyno would prove me wrong. The Blitz uses no oil but is a cotton/wire mesh similar i think to Ralliart. It was cheap so i thought i would try it.

The Apexi isn't a drop in, it's a filter that attaches to the MAF sensor and retains your stock intake pipe. Check ebay.

Why Are You Going Back To Stock Drop In? Because What Was Said On Here About Bad Filtering For The K&n?

Yes and no. I have read alot about the drop-in filters. And if you look it, the stock 05 EVO drop-in is actually made of the same material that its used on the Apexi Power Intake. Well atleast it looks like it is. I haven't felt any improvements with the K&N drop-in, a dyno might show different but I can't.
