There is a chance the pricing could go down a little bit more between now and the time we get them. Anyone ordering can be assured that whatever the price is when we finally ship will be what everyone pays, so I will honor the lowest price I come up with.

The lower i/c pipe will be a complete replacement from the turbo to the intercooler. If you have someone else's intercooler other than ours or stock you may be stuck. We have i/c plumbing done right now for our Race FMIC kits. Our current deluxe kit.....not sure if it is going to fit. I am going to have to look into that. We are going through some FMIC changes at the shop right now, to be released in another week or two.

evo6 RS, Honestly I don't know what to make of the charts you posted. They are so big I can't view them all at once. The first chart looks like the car lost a bunch of low end power as is typical. The 2nd the loss doesn't appear to be there but it looks like it looses in the midrange. The power increase on both is small and there is a torque loss on both. Looks like a wash out to me. Maybe if the charts were smaller it would be easier to judge.

As for reposting sheets. What do you want posted? I can put something together, maybe I will just put it on our site which doesn't receive as much traffic and I can make it a sticky.

How will the 20G 9 work in an 05 application with 91 octane. Is it a waste of time? Will I lose bottom end? Obviously it all depends on mods I know but tit for tat how will it perform compared to a stock 05 turbo any drawbacks.....?

379whp and 396 ft lbs Way to go!

Tell Jarrod to get busy and quote me on the project I want to do. I don't know if I will be able to wait until spring

As a comparison to Dave's numbers, my friends Talon made 347whp and 347 ft lbs on 110 race gas with the BR440 at 28psi on Buschur's MD and he traps on average 122mph.

Wow, David you have out done yourself on this one!!!

mid to high 10's on this turbo, maybe I wont get the gt35r after all

Hopefully you will have a lower intercooler pipe option for your deluxe fmic users..as I did not buy the race fmic because the piping wasnt available yet..

DAVE...just to let you know

Dave,

In dyno run 1....I actually hit the throttle late, and not in boost...so it seems like a huge loss there down low, but that was my fault.

In my opinion there is no great gains or losses...as you say a "wash"...i guess but I had that manifold sitting down for about 5/6 months and the guy's on the forum wanted to see how it compared to stock so I was just really obliging them

I really want to have you port my manifold, but it wouldn't be worth it, shipping it up to you & then back here in Jamaica, it's a heavy item so shipping probably cost more than the port job

Might try and port it myself...but who know's.

Anyway's I'm gonna dyno it once again...when I install my d/pipe to see what happens...and show it to the guy's on the forum for there review

I really hope to see some positive results from the PORTED SHROUD...that's what I want for my EVO!

Respec...

If you have someone else's intercooler, but it still uses the stock pipes wouldn't that work? I can understand you not wanting to guarnte that but it makes sence.

Dave. If we will need your I/C, your lower pipe and your installations kit I would hope that you would make a really good package deal for all of these items.

Argg, I knew I should have went with the Buschur intercooler instead of buying a core and doing my own piping.

fletch,

The 20g will work great on an '05 and 91 octane. The power gain is going to be there regardless of what octane you use, just a matter of the tune and parts combination.

jbfoco,

Yes, we will have to make a lower i/c pipe for the Deluxe FMIC. There is going to be a design change coming up with the deluxe FMIC.

DragnRacing,

I passed the message to Jarrod With you running 12.0's already your car is going to be just sick with a few more parts. YOU are a record setter!

DAVID, in your opinion will the ported shroud on a 05 stocker work just as well as the using the 9 comp. side. Ive got a 05 i want to know how the ported shroud is doing as far as surging and power delivery. Or is it a waste of $ and i should just convert mine to the 20g9? thanx dave

I can't answer the question if the ported shroud is going to work as well. Have to wait to test it, should be here soon.

ok, good deal. i just recieved a set of your 680 injectors and almost bought your deluxe fmic. Im now holding off till the outcome of the 20g is figured. Im going with it no matter what, but if i use my stocker i will need your old deluxe kit to fit my 05 comp side to the licp, or if i go with the 20g9 ill need your new licp right?? just when i thought i had it all figured out you go throw more options and changes in the mix . it all good, Ill be patient, and wait for right combo and of course your imput. thanx

The 20G-9 housing is quite a bit bigger. It makes the outlet sit lower (closer to the ground) so a special pipe needs to be built, sorry

Is this special pipe something that you will offer to the "old style" deluxe users?
