I have 27000 miles on my car. I was stock til 5000, then I did all the mods you can see in my sig... then at 22000 miles I got the P0300 code... why? Not sure. It comes and goes....

with your mods you really don't need that intake, it may actually be hurting you.... put your stock air box back on and drive for a while and see how that feels and if you still get the same code....
If you have a '03 or '04 Evo, Mitsubishi offers a reflash for EVO's constantly getting this code.
The WORKS P2 flash is the only (as far as we know) flash on the market that incorporates the changes made by Mitsubishi with our own tuning.
If this is the first time you got the code and you think it was due to the tuning (or lack of tuning) then clear the code and check everything. Make sure your tune is dead on before flogging on the car, unless you like to blow motors.
