Hi, I just received my HKS EVC and I want to know for now what boost I should set it at... I have full TBE and stock fuel pump, what is a safe boost level for me now?

i am running 22 psi w/ my EBC (tbe, jdm mr bov & stock fuel pump) w/o any issues. i'd stay around 21-25 psi but look into getting a fuel pump asap. thats my next mod as well as a flash & safc.

get a flash before you do all that 22psi stuff...you'll be safer and it will be a better pull 22psi

Whoa, nellie. Stay around 21-25??? Not on pump gas, son. He should not go over 22psi on pump gas first of all. Secondly, you say you aren't having any issues at 22psi, but have you logged any high rpm pulls to make sure you aren't pulling timing? You probably aren't right now, since you have the extremely rich factory tune, but once you tune out that richness with an S-AFC and/or flash, then 22psi might cause knock at the top of 3rd and 4th, so be ready.
