pulled the valve cover today, cams look fine and the valves look ok to the naked eye. still cant turn the cams. only thing i can think happened was maybe the timing belt tensioner broke and its holding the belt. Has this ever happened to anyone!! or is this possible whats wrong???

well if tensionor would fail - ur timing would be all off (you would noticce it). Big loss of compressoin. Get the compression test done asap man. Check if ur motor is okay then go and figure out what the problem is after the main diagnostic is done

you need to pull the head, then the cams and see what's bound up. There is a mechanical bind of some sort if you cant physically turn the cams with a ratchet. Also your valves will be bent, because if you cranked the bottom end without the cams turing 50% of the valves are done.
if the timing belt tensioner broke, would that be under warranty? modding the car should not have an effect on that. If that is the case they should fix the belt and the valves. is there anyway possible the valves are fine
Edit-- Could the crank pulley that i put on have anything to do with this? its just weird that one week to the day that i installed it this happens!!!!
