PLEASE look inside!! Motor problem that i cant figure out

Was going to work today and my car just cut off (2003 mits Evo). I pulled to the side of the road to take alook but it would not even try to start. Didnt hear anything break but not saying it didnt. It turns over but it doesnt turn as freely as normal!! here is what i have troubleshooted so far....

New battery
checked fuel pump
getting spark
checked the bolt on the exh cam that sometimes comes loose
check engine fuses
check connections

PLEASE HELP if you have any ideas for me to try!!

get a breaker bar with a half inch drive, and see if you can spin the crank freely. make sure the car is in neutral.
also, get a compression tester and do a compression test.
do u have cams or cam gears? it might have skipped. a compression test will tell u that.

Check something like fuses, do you happen to have a mechanical 02 fix?

Go check your engine fuse and replace that, then go under the car and electrical tape the 02 sensor where you grounded it out, then take a mallet and bang the area around it so that way it doesn't rub. Problem solved. Now you can sleep tonite haha.

the o2 sensor wasnt touching anything, all the fuses are fine!!

it tried to fire once but only for a slip second.

Bro check if your timing slipped.....do a compression test - if timing slipped you will have valves leaking and that will tell. Do it asap

Yea the more I think about it is sounds like something to do with timing if its not any of the obvious things mentioned already.
