it's sounds like you have a leak from either the waterpump or the freeze plug.... is it coming from the timing case???

UPDATE:

Spoke to the service manager and they inspected the motor. Pistons, valves and everythig looks good which is good news. The head gasket looked discolored bc of the heat and gases. The head looked good also but they sent it to the machine shop and have it inspected just to make sure its still good. I am getting everything under warranty, no questions asked!! I will find out tomorrow about the head results. So far so good! Ill update this tomorrow

UPDATE:

Went to the dealer today and the car is still apart. I got to inspect the motor. The pistons seemed to look good and everything else looked the same from what i coulde see. However, the head gasket looked dark and discolored. The dealer is still waiting to hear back from the machine shop that it was sent to, to have it inspected and cleaned. I should get the car back hopefully sometime next week. As much as im hating my car right now, i miss it

If you can pay extra for them use the stronger head studs (ARP), do it.
