Even after I installed V3 in my car, my mechanic took it out for a test drive, and the car died. I was at work, called Calvin, he picked up the phone and called my Mechanic on the side of the road to troubleshoot. (was an IC pipe which blew off). I think it would be professional to relay the persons info to the Vishnu camp, so they can help him like they helped me (if he wants it). Enough from me on this topic. It is late, and I am cranky!

Later!

I will be on other threads helping out where I can, find me there!
Well it seems from Vishnu has been trying to accomplish this the entire 14 pages, he even made a phone call to the enemy so to speak haha, But he is trying to find out it seems which deserves lots of respect since he does not even know who tuned the car. From the evidence seems he may have bought the parts second hand but who knows.

Ok, so maybe there is only truth to the first two. With that said, there is a reason for finally clicking away at the keyboard.

After post 203, I searched for a number of different permutations in the EVOM quick search, using the following words: Buschur, Hick, Beer, Shiv, Driving, truck. Yet, for some odd reason I can't find Shiv calling David a hick anywhere.

The only reason I searched was because after being friends with Shiv for almost 5 years now, I have never heard him use the word hick to describe anyone. Hell, my brother is a professional bull rider, and I have never even heard Shiv call him a "beer drinking, pick up driving hick." Although, my brother probably would take delight in such a description.

But I guess while I am posting, I may want to bring up a few other things that have nothing to do with the technical bits of either threads, but more so on the reasoning of each thread. The road tune thread was validated by the owner of the vehicle, meaning that each side had some closure (despite the picture you tried to paint). However, this thread was started, and Shiv legitimately has tried to do everything in his power to help our customer. We have searched for information regarding his vehicle, searched for his contact information in our systems, and asked David Buschur and yourself for the information, so that we can get the situation resolved. Hell, Shiv personally CALLED David to ask him about the situation. David could not make himself available. So, despite our efforts, we cannot find very much information about this person, he is not in our systems, and of course neither You or Dave will offer this information. How are we supposed to find closure knowing that one of our “customers” is not happy with the products on his vehicle?

In summary, I would just like the answers or responses on the following subjects.

1. Where did Shiv call Dave a “Beer drinking, truck driving hick?” A simple link to the thread will suffice.

2. Can you or David please PM me the contact information of “our customer.” You have always preached about how there should be a certain level of respect between tuners, perhaps you can set a precedent?

Please do not try to drag me into this thread, because I will not play. I just want the answers to the subjects listed above. But, if you do feel so inclined to name call, I will offer a few to get the fire started.

I am skinny. I do have bleach streaks in my hair. I do surf. I do work for Shiv. But more importantly, I am college educated, so if you plan on pulling the wool over my eyes, you better lay it on pretty thick.

Take care,
1 - The thread of which I have made reference may or may not have been deleted but I remember it well

In the thread, Shiv insulted the Buschur Exhuast, calling it primative and saying he was going to offer a "low bling" Vishnu exchuast with no polishing and extra light weight - in fact so minimal it would consist of a flex pipe going out the side of the car

he furher asserted that whom ever would fabricate the highest false dyno numbers with this new "long bling exhuast" would be awarded a year's subsription to Super 4 x 4 magazine and a year's worth of budwiser in a can

This was a sartastic manner of implying that Buschur was fabricating the dyno claims of his Exhuast

There were some other choice comments about Mr. Buschur being a hick and some other offensive remarks the details of which i can not recall

2 - I am sure that your camp can locate the customer better than I if you choose to locate him as your supporters have already quoted his posts from another forum. I would suggest that you send him a PM on that forum. i have no information what so ever regarding the customer or anything about the upcomming dyno day - I am just expected to arrive in Ohio and tune cars. Youare welcome to attend if you are that interested.

Your post was a little hard to read. But I think what you are trying to say is that you think you remember some of these things, yet you cannot produce a thread. Shiv probably said something about trucks, and maybe Dave has a truck....I think I get it. But did he ever actually call Dave a hick, or are those words that you are putting into his mouth? The reason I enjoy you even trying to bring this up is that Shiv and I are friends with the biggest "hick" ever (David Finlay, MP5). In fact, Shiv employed him. I don’t know, perhaps, I just have a strange sense of humor?

I don’t mean to sound like a broken record, but I am sure that YOUR camp can locate the customer easier than us, being that his car was strapped to DB's dyno just a few days ago, meaning that he would have all of his billing info, phone number, so on and so on. For god's sake, we are tuners not Starsky and Hutch. [/ William Schatner]

But, I do appreciate you staying on topic, Al. Any information that you or Dave can relinquish about the customer will certainly be appreciated not only by us, but also by the EVOM community whom is waiting in the wings to witness what one tuner can do to take care of their “customer.”

No offense Al... but if you can't quote it or reference the post then it didn't happen.
You paraphrasing from memory isn't quite the same thing.

Not being able to remember other "choice comments" aside from that they contained some negative connotation doesn't aid your case much either

BTW -- Shiv's supposed statement was actually satirical in nature rather than "sartastic". But thanks for the translation

I don't have a "camp" - "crew" - or "posse" - I am a one man team

Remember I travel all over the place - (I am in Atlanta now) and what goes on in Ohio I am not prvy to

Again - I have no information concerning this customer what so ever

When I get there next weekend I will be sure to find out any information I can about him, his car and his tune

Well, another thread is closed because of stupid vendor fighting and useless bickering. Before I close this useless thread, I would like to say a few things:

1) I wish you could see and understand how ridiculous you look when you fight like this. You are supposed to be the leaders of this board and yet you cause more problems than the members…
2) Instead of trying so hard to fight with each other, may I suggest that you actually concentrate on what really matter which is your clients.
3) These kinds of threads gives the entire board bad name and bad climate and they will stop. I have a strong feeling that the entire staff will have no choice but to move to a zero tolerance policy, which means that we will delete every thread like this before it, gets the first post.

closed and have a good night
