Agreed, little bit of poor taste in this post Im afraid to say.
I just want to know why a thread was started to bash Shiv's tune before the customer called Shiv and asked politely for a re-tune, or at least talked with him about the problem, since he is obviously not satisfied.
Has anyone considered that this could be the result of a mechanical problem cropping up recently which is neither Shiv's, nor the customer's, fault?
Is it always going to be necessary to bash the tune before ruling out the possibility of mechanical problems around here?

Just talked with another vendor that has his own forum on here. Anyone that has their own forum can moderate it themselves and lock it too. I see no reason why a moderator would have locked the thread I am talking about, it was fine with everyone but Shiv.
Stick around, next week we will have new charts, new power, new tune.
Al will be up to bat.

So, with that in mind, would either you or the customer provide the following info:
1) Name of customers (this can be PM'd to me obviously)
2) Type of WRX (year specificially)
3) What mods are on the car
4) And maybe a clearer dyno graph so we can clearly see what the boost and afr values are. Kinda hard to problem solve when you not sure what you are looking at.
I'd love to keep this thread civil and free from name calling. I'm even going to remove Dave's quote from my signature as a sign of good faith
Thanks!

The end goal is to get a customer's car running right, not to look good or bad.
