Question Upgrade confusion???

I really need a second opinion or two i cant decide what my next mod should be?
I already have a few mods but i need more power maybe from a couple more bolt ons? My goal is to be at about 400whp! The mods i have on my car are:

6.5 tme turbo
hks hi powered exaust
hks 3inch down pipe
super afc
injen upper and lower i/c piping
turbo rfl blowoff valve
exedy twin disc
turbo xs mbc
mr exaust manifold
mr 02 housing
cat delete
shepard transfer case

and i think thats all the mods i have!

My best track time was a 12.8 @ 109 up here in high altitude {6,500}

All info will be alot of help!

Cams alky and a fuel pump for sure.I also would replace the HKS downpipe and exhaust with a true 3" TBE. The HKS downpipe is 2.6" and the exhaust necks down to less then 3" at the cat.

Add:
- cams + studs
- alky
- flash

Replace:
- awful MBC
- awful BOV
- SAFC

That will put you near 400whp on a Dynojet on 93oct and 26-27psi AT SEA LEVEL.

Does the dyno flash really work, I dont mind getting a dyno flash but whos the best shop for that? I think i will put the 264 intake and 272 exaust hks cams, but i dont want my gas milage to go down alot! What else would be a powerful bolt on?

Did you read what I wrote?

What else do you want to know? Dynoflash is a brand name, not a category. Dynoflash is a flash tuner that does flashes. If you want to see how powerful it can be, look at my sig. That's with far less mods than you already have and far less mods than you're going to have after following our suggestions.

Hm... Thats strange... I have a friend with a similar set up, with the only difference being that he had a UTEC and injectors as well, who made 420 to the wheels...
