There are 2 ways it can be done.

One way is to run it off the side port only (top left open) just like you would with the stock turbo. Basically, put the solenoid between the side port and the pressure source.

The second way is to run it off the top port. run a line off the pressure source and put a "T" in it. One line off the "T" goes to the bottom port and the other goes to the top port. In the top port line, put the solenoid inline there.

If you have a stiff enough wastegate spring (1-1.5bar) then the 1st option will work fine. If you have a weak spring (.5-.9 bar), I find that the 2nd option works better.

ok, i cant control boost so, my guess is that the NC is directly behind the com port right? ive got the com port to the top of the wg and the side port on the valve unit going to the side of the wg. i think thats for the internal wg right? ill take the stuff back out and look again in the moring. btw, this f-ing thing pulls like a train it just keeps boosting up tho. thanx b

I have the "com" port connected to the top of my tial wg. Then I have the "nc" port connected to the boost source(compressor cover) and tee'd to the side port of the wg. According to bean from turbotrix this is the optimal way to hold high boost applications. I run 30lbs of boost rock solid on my race gas map with it setup this way.

Yes the nc port is directly behind the comm port. Good luck to you.

The com port needs to be connected to the side port w/ a "T" from the pressure source.
