20psi, to clarify, I agree that a 2.5" flange if in the middle of a 3" system would be a huge restriction. If you would open your ears and eyes though you will see that putting the flange that we use at the top of the downpipe where it attaches to the 02 housing it is NOT a restriction as it is LARGER THAN THE OUTLET OF THE 02 HOUSING.

If you aren't intelligent enough to see that, I can only hope you get banned for being dumb.

also it is my understanding that a 2.5" restriction near the turbo which flanges gradually to a 3" will not make a significant decrease in performance. All you have to worry about is the degree at which it flanges to a larger diameter, and that you never go smaller in diameter as you go downstream.

We did not get a chance to put Trent's car on the dyno yet. Parts are still sitting here. I hope we can do the test this week. We are very busy but WILL do a good testing of both parts. I hope we can find some additional power in the parts, I'll take any power increases I can get!!

dexmix,

Right, as long as the exhaust does not neck down after the 02 housing you are in good shape. That has been my point this entire time. There is no "reducer" in our system. It is 3" from the 02 housing to the rear bumper. The flange on our downpipe is meant to fit to and seal to the stock 02 housing and other common 02 aftermarket 02 housings that are out there.

I was about to say the same thing. spend all this money to make a mold, R&D the 02 housing and they would not want to promote the gains from it. Makes no sense to me as well.

This ride will all come to an end once BR tests it, but in the meantime I took some pics of a Megan Racing unit. I still love these things much as Dave does. For the price, you just can't beat them.

We are sold out of our coil on plug ignition. We made only made one... I don't see the point. 50% of the aftermarket performance Evo parts are sold out periodically throughout the year.

so you ain't that worried right? for the price they "have" to charge... i don't think they're in a hurry to make another batch of 50. they sold out once and i think they aren't worried about waitin' and lettin' the product lay low.

even if they proved it was the best thing since sliced bread... it's not gonna change anyone's mind and they're not changin' the price tag.

Ya the price is hefty. The invidia is pretty much the same unit, I think its just missing the heat shield bracket. So I would like to see the gains from the invidia for 200 less then the Works.
