same problem here. So far for fluids I've tried redline in the TC and Tranny with bad results. I've tried syncromesh with worse results. Currently I'm running diaqueen in the TC with royal purple in the tranny. This combo seems to have the best results to date.

I have the SS clutch line and restrictor pill removed. I've also tried just about every different adjustment possible with the clutch pedal and have bleed the system dozens of times. I think its just a problem with the twin disk.

use BG syncroshift in the trans., diaqueen in the t/c and diff.. had the 4th gear grind in my 03 and t/c whine, i used redline in the whole driveline and after three months thats when everything starting going on me. everything replaced under warranty. DONT use redline in evo,s everyone i know that did had the same problem after a while. like i said BG in trans., diaqueen in t/c and diff.

I've been using 2 BG's and 1 Redline lightweight shockproof for my tranny since 5K I have 40K now.

Changed every 15K. No problems .

I would not recommend Redline heavy duty shockproof up north. But in Miami, Fl.
it is hot out here. And so far no problem.

So far I poured a bottle of friction from Mitsu and I adjusted the clutch a little. And so far it is getting better. I also noticed that I adjusted a little closer to the specs that the book calls for. Meaning the pedal is closer to the firewall. I'll try to adjust it to the exact measurements and see the results.
