Im not sure if this is the right place to post this. I posted in the how to section but I am not sure what happened to the thread.

Anyway, I am trying to remove the engine harness from my 03 evo8. Is it connected with the whole body harness? How do I remove it without pulling out the whole body harness?

 

I dont think you can my man. I got mine totally disconnected right now hanging off the fender on the drivers side where it appears to go thru the firewall. I can get you some pics if you want.

Well, what are you trying to do? Are you trying to take it out? Replace it? Are you just trying to seperate it from the rest of the harness?

We need a lil more info on what your goal is before we can tell you what steps you need to take.

 

I am selling the engine harness. So I want to separate it from the rest of the harness. The evo is being parted out.

 

I am trying to remove the engine wiring harness from an 05 Evo VIII, including the ACD ECU and harness, which will be transplanted, along with the engine and drive-train into a 03 EVO VIII shell. How do I disconnect the engine harness from the underdash harness?
