I don't think you would be able to hold 28psi of boost, you might be spiking to 28 but holding it, I don't think so. I have a AEM EMS, Full 3" exhaust, o2 Housing, wastegate tightened as much as possible, and the GM Boost solenoid closing shut after 6500rpm and the max the turbo will hold is about 23-24 psi.

im about to put on my forge but i dunno how much to have it turned to be boosting around 28 becasue its impossible to adjust it once its on and especially weith the car being hot
