I've changed the vehicle weight on the other mustang dyno here in norcal from 3100 to 3300 to 3500 and found 1-5whp difference.
Like Andy is saying, the actual numbers don't really mean anything, but the before and after numbers mean alot.

with the flash, filter, and three inch TBE on my customers cars I have been able to get
~300-310 whp & wtq
Goes to show that even with your new software, and different settings... The results between these two machines in question are about the same.
