Whats new with the new 20g

Hey all,

I apologize of the newbie questions, but I have been out of the evo game for a while cause I lost my license and I will be getting it back on saturday. I am extremely interested in the new Buschur 20g....what is the deal? when do they expect release?

who knows... everything ive ever seen around a 20g has been a let down..

the 20g-8 was a letdown.. 20g9-6 was a complete let down and the 20g9-5 wasn't a total let down but was somewhat of one.

Davids car made 452whp on the new LT orwhatever hes testing.. it is still in R&D though. he sent it off and put the GT35R on his car. and hasn't put the new 20g back on.. Who knows when it will come out.. how much it will be.. or if it will make good power. I do know he said it was considerbly more laggy than the old 20g

Only by 500 rpm. That isnt considerable lag, ever.

Nahh thats only a "little more lag". Considerably more lag is the difference between stock and a GT35. You have to keep in mind what considerable means. IT doesnt mean a small percentage, it in fact means a large percentage.

I think Dave said that the new 20g will be no more than $1700.

also will someone please make a thread calling david buschur out on this..

At first his car jumped from 415whp to 451 from a alignment

So did he make this extra power from this new turbo or from the new laser alignment equipment he got?

The whole situation is kindof odd if you ask me

"Before I did the alignment my car on the dyno only made 415 whp/415 fl bls. The alignment was really bad. After the alignment I dyno'd again a few days later, nothing else changed. 451/450! "..

this really concerns me

I already called him out on it but he made some excuse about something. I told him to measure height changes from strapped/ not strapped on the dyno but somehow he never found the time to do it. Next time I put my car on the dyno I will do the measurements.
