normal driving ?
shift when it feels right. Give it some time, get used to the car, and then you'll be shifting by feel more than by looking at the tach. After a month, you'll see what I mean. It sorta becomes second nature, and you don't think about it.
The only time I'm ever looking at the tach is when I'm trying to shift at redline during WOT.
