Fluttering was not BOV flutter at all, but likely compressor surge and/or timing retard from detonation caused by overboost.
Then please explain the four different fluttering noises, each from a different BOV. Cause I now each one has it unique sound. I have the old forge BOV with the springs and at part throttle the thing flutters like a *****. It also fluttered the same way when I overboosted. So again where was the fluttering coming from.

You said this now, but quite a few posts back, you said you had already tried this and no luck!? How many boost gauges did you try??...

The thread says flutter at WOT, but then you say it was fine when you gun it in all gears, but it fluttered at cruising speeds once you're building boost in low rpms!? Which is it??
By the way, did the "flutter" stop when you let off the throttle?

he only tried one boost gauge until his last troubleshooting piece was to replace the gauge, when he did that he saw he was boosting way too much.

the flutter did stop when he let off the gas.
