That stuff is not needed, thats really going overboard.

You need both belts and the hydraulic tensioner. If you got cash burning a hole in your pocket and want to spend it, get the timing belt tensioner pulley, timing belt idler pulley, and balance shaft tensioner pulley. If you REALLY have a ton of money, do the water pump, but its really not necessary to do at 60k

I'd change the serpentine belt while you're changing the other three. Other than that just the tensioner is about all you need.

If you're doing it yourself, and feel comfortable doing it again when needed, you can cut down on the part list. If you're paying someone to do it, then you should do the extra parts now, since it's just the cost of the parts to get the full install at the same time, rather than have to pay the labor to remove the timing belt and associated parts just to do a water pump...

Preventive maintenance is very smart with 4g63Ts...

I change the tensioner cylinder, WP, and idler pulleys every other TB change. This usually works out to ~100k miles for those parts. I've never had an issue doing it like this. Of course, YMMV.
