interesting..... I hit knock at 20 psi on 93 octane with the 280's and a 50 trim (Evo 8) at about 6000 rpms and then again at 7000 rps. I'm having to run at least 2 degrees less ignition timing to keep knock in check than I got away with using the HKS cams. Hope this isn't a trend. I put my results up in the GSC vendor forums

I don't think the Costco gas helped either. Put some good gas in there, and see what happens.

Those are old pavement numbers. It was grippy as hell, too. I havent layed eyes on the new stuff - and I'll get my first peek at it tomorrow.

I'm hoping for 1.17's - and a new track record.

im sure 17's wont be a problem. the track is super fast!
