car hard starting.Need to floor the X plus crank it for it to start

car hard starting.Need to floor the X plus crank it for it to start
anyone know what could be causing this....
I have an AEM...dont know if that is causing it...
but it is taking some time to start....


soon it will damage my starter and i dont want that happening

There are adjustments that you need to make in your tune on the AEM. It takes awhile to get it set up just right, however it will always take betweet 2 and 4 secs to kick over. There are a couple threads if you search on how to fix your cold start.
