It needs a complete engine/trans/fuel/turbo/intake/exhaust setup and drive shaft. Wiring, gauges and a few minor things. Would need Lexan and tin for the floor as well.

Not much left. Engine/Trans being the major things.

With a motivated person the car could run in a month with the funds.

Nah the car is still for sale. Yes 507 is correct,

It needs a complete engine / tranny setup and the rest is just minor crap like mounting a fuel cell, installing the tin and lexan and guages. I will put it on Ebay I suppose now. If anyone is interested in it go and bid or give me a call. Ill sell it for around 14k now. I just kind of need to get rid of it

That's a shame, good start to a wacky machine though.

God damn it... the one thread I don't just skip to the end and the last two pages suck.

Tim, awesome work. Sorry to read that you're not going to finish it. Best of luck resolving whatever it is that happened.

Has the chassis been certified by an NHRA inspector? I might know an interested buyer, but we need proof that the chassis is certified, we dont want to have to go back and modify the cage to meet cert.

The chassis will most likely be certified sometime the end of this month or early next month. There is a pretty serious buyer flying in to take a look at it and make a list of what else they would like done to the car before delivery. Looks like I will be finishing off most of the car minus the engine / tranny and some electrical.
