How high can you really turn up the boost with a controller. They probably only let you go so far right?

uhhh, really want to know? tell you how, remove the vacuum line from the wastegate actuator and floor it in 4th gear you'll know really quickly.

essentially, a MBC can be adjusted to hold any amount of boost. you might need stiffer internal springs but thats easy to change out.

well Its not like I want to run alot of boost but I see alot of people running up to 24psi. Is that safe for the stock turbo? A flash would be a good thing for that right.

24psi is fine on the stock turbo. Its your state of tune and the type of fuel that you are running. Generally you dont run more than 21lbs on the 93 pump. Now with race gas or alcohol/methanol....then you can start to turn the boost up safley.

Also Hallman has two different springs. One for low boost applications, and one for high boost.

now ive heard 22.5psi is a good number with someone who has TBE and a good tune on 93oct. @ 24psi ur starting to push the limits of ur turbo and blowing hot air with is not good....
