ECU Wiring Harness "Extension" Update
Actually CN4 is the Field part number......I wish we had received even more in this first batch, but don't sweat it guys..should have more at the end of next week, first part of the week after!
How much more different are the Evo 8 ECU's from the Evo7 ecu? Im still a little confused on how this actually works. So what you guys are doing is getting the ODBII-OBDI converter harness, or am I talking about something completely different? Do you know if anyone is making a harness specifically meant for the Emanage setup, SAFC, and etc?
This harness they are taking about is basically an extension cord for your ECU wires. It has the same fittings as the ECU. Its purpose is so you can splice all your connections for mods on it without needing to cut up the stock wiring. If you ever wanted to convert your car back to stock you would just take out the extension and remove all your electronics without needing to un-splice anything.

So, do I need this ECU harness extension for an HKS turbo timer type-0 [in addition to the HKS turbo timer harness (MT-6)] in order to avoid splicing into the stock wires?
