Have you tried adjusting the clutch pedal engagment since you got the ATS twin carbon?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you will probably have to replace the 5th and 6th gear or worse. You might have to replace the whole output shaft assembly because of the engagement issue with the other gears. But it is not related to the clutch install and you should not have to pay out of pocket. The problem with the 6th gear is possibly due to a 5th gear grind which distorts the gear and does not allow the sleeve to pass over to 6th gear way disallowing the gear to be engaged. (I think that it's called the sleeve)
Good luck with everything.

Technically, its not a Mitsubishi tranmission. The 6 speeds were manufactured by a company under Toyota.

To the original poster: Try adjusting the clutch pedal engagement. Also try swapping in some fresh OEM 6 speed gear oil. If neither of these two things make a difference, you probably have a synchronizer problem, and need a rebuild.
