hallman mbc problem

i just had a shop put on this mbc and when i drove it out it was only going to 10lbs. so i get out start to turn it and i kept testing it to see how much i would have to turn it to get it back to the stock setting, so i kept turning it and when it hit the end to where i couldnt turn it anymore, it would go to about 19 and drop down to about 16 at redline. i am really confused becuase i thought it was supposed to go at least over 20. please help

Thanks

You have the 'soft' spring installed...replace with the 'stiffer' spring...

check to see if they left the resistor pill. if not the check the lines, the bottom part goes to pressure and top one goes to wastegate.

need to know more about vacuum line routing.....

Is the reference coming off the turbo, or off the manifold? Obviously, one vacuum line has to go to the wastegate, but is the other vacuum line being supplied from the turbo outlet or manifold?

But I agree with the previous posts, you probably also have the soft spring installed, but even with the soft spring, you should be seeing more boost pressure than you are, more like 22#'s peak, tapering to 18#'s or so.
