I have completed the cleaning of this. Before I looked for this I spoke to my mechanic who told me to check the MAS and check for a vaccume line that might be off to fix my inability to idle.
So I cleaned the entire inside of the MAS with a soft tissue. And fired the car up, worked like a charm.
So Later I decided to do as you all had written about and use the cleaner. It worked like a charm, for the first 15 min. Now I am right back to where I started with this stalling crap.
Anyone have anything else I can try?

I think the stalling could be related to a failing o2 sensor.

Do NOT use carb cleaner it will damage electronics.

essentially MAF cleaner is just circuit board cleaner. If it doesnt say its safe for electronics on the can of bottle I wouldnt trust it as MAFs are salty to replace.
