mobil one 10w-30, I use about 4 qts of that and a qt of lucas stabalizer in there. makes the engine alot quieter. I'm doing my research now because I might want to switch up oils come next oil change.

I couldn't find the TBN for 10w-30 right off hand, but here are a few:

5w-30 EP - 10.0
0w-40 SM - 12.6
5w-30 T&SUV - 10.6

I wouldn't go anywhere near Amsoil, their online marketing reminds me of those pyramid sites.

If you look at the cSt for 40/100 degrees (lower value means better Flow i.e. removal of Heat from Oil via Oil Cooler) & the HTHS (bigger value is better) of each Oil you'll notice that Redline comes out on top followed closely in second by Motul.

If a company is not willing to release the Test results for these 3 basic values, then they're hiding it for some reason.

Buy American Oil but please not Amsoil, I wouldn't believe anything they say. They state ridiculous Test results on the million websites they have but then on their official paperwork, state results only as good as Mobil bull**** Synthetic.........
