Alex change your oil. See if there is anything floating in it and report back. If there is some **** in there then its internal .... if there isnt its most likly something that fell off or came lose.

you should do a leak down test that will tell you if u have a bad head gasket a compression test might not tell u.........but even if u did have abad haead gashet it will still idle fine what blow off valve do u have?

changed the oil. nothing in it looked perfectly normal

safc, but didnt change any settings...

ive had a few people tell me it may be a censor?

i did a boost leak check today and everything went fine

Yup, in the throttle body. There's a hole in the throttle body that allows the entrance of idle air. The ECU controls the stepper motor running a pintal in or out of the hole to control the air flow and hence the idle speed. So, obviously, if this isn't working you will have idle problems.

Also, any air leak into the air circuit past the MAS will cause this problem. An air leak means there is more air actually getting to the engine than what the MAS is measuring. This causes the mixture to be lean.

scanned the cell and got P0102 Mas or Volume air flow cuircuit low imput.. whats that

VegasBoy, check your piping for leaks (a leak check, not a visual inspection), and then find someone with a MAF you can swap on real quick.
